每個人心中都有一種信仰
除了宗教以外，有人信仰的可能是堅持與執著，有人信仰家人愛情或自己

這個世界上，有很多種人
有人靠勞力吃飯，有人吃苦當吃補
有人家財萬貫，有人貌似潘安

因工作所需，上一周，我與工人有了另類接觸
我一直都深深體會到，世上的每個人，都是很努力得在活著
時常我在丟垃圾的時候，想著處理垃圾的人的辛苦
看見挖垃圾來吃的流浪漢或是辛苦賣菜扛菜的老人，心中都會有一絲不忍
上一周，有幾天的時間，我都在盯著工人監工
我在飯店裡冷的要死，但他們汗流浹背
看他們每個人其實都上了年紀，卻負擔這麼吃力的工作，扛板子架板子
常態性的熬夜，不斷得喝保力達然後拭汗
心裡只有一個想法，到底是什麼支撐著他們這樣賣力又賣命呢？
是為了讓家人溫飽？是為了那微薄的工錢？

我們都到了一個年紀，到了一個似乎會發生很多轉變的年紀，或年代
這一首歌，昨天早上被我翻了出來
他的歌詞，讓當時沒什麼感覺的我現在有了另一種感動
樂觀又溫暖，還是超迷人BON JOVI唱的喔~~
送給即將邁向人生另一階段的好友Mary、即使辛苦卻仍堅持朝夢想之路且即使愛情不順但仍信仰愛情的好友Vida、愛情穩定事業順利但卻有不為人知波折的好友Ria、剛結束一段感情與工作目前適應極不良的Swallow、在國外也變社會新鮮人的Weiwei........
還有許多許多即將轉變或已經勇於改變的沒有被點名親朋好友
